CARB LCFS Regulation Amendment Webinar
Learn about the Amendment to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS)
The amended LCFS Regulations become effective January 1, 2019, resulting in changes to how fuel pathway applications are processed and how future compliance will be demonstrated. As part of the transition to the CA-GREET3.0 model and LCFS Amendment, existing pathways under CA-GREET2.0 model will deactivate January 1, 2021. Existing fuel pathway holders will be required to apply for new pathways in order to continue generating credits in California after the deactivation date.
In preparation for the amended LCFS Regulations, please join Lauren Taylor, a Senior Consultant with ERI Solutions for a webinar covering the changes to the LCFS Regulations. The presentation will focus on the path forward for existing pathway holders and facilities that who may be interested in sending their biofuels to California in the future. The webinar will also discuss new additions to the LCFS Regulation, including Carbon Capture and Sequestration, and Verification Requirements. Lastly, the webinar will include information on which operational parameters have the greatest impact on your facility’s Carbon Intensity score, and the most opportune time to apply for your new fuel pathway.
