PROtect Announces Expansion of Leadership Team for Next Phase of Growth

Wichita, KS – PROtect, LLC is proud to announce several organizational changes aimed at strengthening our leadership team and continue the company’s growth and success. These moves underscore our commitment to strategic expansion and delivering exceptional service to our customers. With a steadfast focus on its strong culture and customer-centered mission, PROtect is entering an exciting new phase of growth and innovation. Supported by nearly 600 skilled professionals nationwide, the company remains dedicated to minimizing operational risks by protecting people and assets and ensuring compliance and reliability across the critical industries and customers they serve.
Jason Friedberg has assumed the role of Chief Development Officer, a strategic move to allow him to focus on driving initiatives in software and technology development, mergers and acquisitions, geographic and service expansion, and organic sales operations.
To strategically align leadership with the unique needs of each business area, the responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer will be split between our two business units: Risk & Compliance Services and Reliability Services. As such, Ron Clark, P.E., has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer for the Risk & Compliance Services business unit. Ron has played a key role in the company’s past success and has proven to be a steady hand and creative strategist and individual who builds exceptional teams to execute on these strategies Clay Savoy, the former Co-Founder and CEO of Versa Integrity Group has joined PROtect as Chief Operating Officer for the Reliability Services business unit. Clay brings a passionate, creative, strategic and seasoned hand to the Reliability Services business unit.
Jeff Hilfiker has been promoted to Chief Safety & Quality Officer and is now reporting directly to Mr. VanderGriend to ensure the safety of our team and customers and the quality and integrity of our services and associated work products remain front and center at our executive leadership level.
Shannon Theriot has assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Growth and Development, recognizing his leadership and passion for the business growth and expansion strategy both with customers and partners externally and with the team and culture internally.
Additional changes include Vince Williams transitioning to Vice President of Client Relations & Growth (Nested Contracts), , Eddie Gonzales has joined PROtect as Vice President of Reliability Services and is now managing several current and planned locations.
