Meet Chelsey Venniro, HR Director, based in Lenexa, KS. She helps support the employee life cycle and human functions of business like employee relations, performance management, professional development, and benefits.

She is also the recipient of the 2023 Q4 People of PROtect PARTNER Award. The recipient of this award is a team member who regularly partners (collaborates) with colleagues and or customers to help them achieve their goals.

• Growing, dependable, and efficient

What is your favorite thing about being on the PROtect team?

• I enjoy helping and interacting with our team members and making efforts to improve the employee experience. I appreciate that our leaders value our teams and recognize the importance our people play in doing what we do

What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?

• Interior Design

What kind of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

• Hiking, reading, and spending time with my family

What is your favorite book or movie quote?

• “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.” – Forrest Gump

What is one thing on the very top of your bucket list?

• I’ve always wanted to go skydiving

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

• I love a variety of foods, so eating the same meal for the rest of my life would make me VERY sad
