People of PROtect: Jacob Hencke

Meet Jacob Hencke, Sr. Manager of Safety Services, remotely based in Kentucky. While utilizing various risk mitigation techniques, Jacob and his team eliminate hazards from the workplace and subsequently employee injuries and incidents.

He is also the recipient of the 2022 Q3 People of PROtect PROGRESS Award.

For PROtect to live out our purpose, we continually make PROGRESS in the areas that will create success going forward: leadership, personal growth, company growth, improved processes, innovation, and profitability.

A person making progress in any of these areas is making progress for PROtect, for themselves, and for others by inspiring them to do the same.

The award recipient is a team member who regularly makes progress that results in influential leadership, personal growth, company growth, improved processes, innovation, and/or profitability. They have the desire to take the bull by the horns and improve our standing for tomorrow.

Congratulations, Jacob! Learn a little more about him below!
